About The Roman Polanski Controversy

Before you read this letter which I wrote to someone concerned about the apparent crime allegedly perpetrated in 197- by Roman Polanski allow me to qualify myself:

I find the mere idea that someone who is legally an adult would ever harm a minor (or another adult for that matter) abhorrent! It is totally unacceptable and inexcusable, albeit sometimes easily explainable, that anyone would go against the rights of another human being. The horrors of child abuse, of power-crimes against vulnerable children and minors in general, crimes which not only harm their actual direct victims but which endangers and harms society in general, crimes which destroy young people's willingness to even trust otherwise benevolent adults, need to be properly dealt with by all of responsibly liberal and progressive society! There is nothing normal, right and acceptable about those who harm others. The same goes for all crimes involving forced physical intimacy. Minors cannot make the right decisions and adults have no business being physically intimate with minors of any age! The law, however imperfect, is well intended when it comes to age-related protections. What minors going through puberty do with other minors goind through puberty is another issue entirely! Nor should these crimes be used as an excuse to commit another crime by conservatives trying to stop truly consentual intimacy between mature adults. GLBT RIGHTS ALL THE WAY! And the general public misperception about GLBT persons...that they may be more prone than so-called 'straight' people to harm minors...is also absolutely wrong and used to perpetrate hate crimes against responsible adults! Regardless of one's social identity, GLBT or Straight, Traditional or Kinky, the percentage of people who abuse people, who harm minors and society, is roughly the same!!!

As for Polanski; I would not be concerned if he was facing Her Majesty's courts here in the UK, but the US system is not what you think it is (even though Pres. Obama and V.P. Biden are also hoping to reform and improve it). If you are opposed to all forms of unethical torture, physical and psychological, then I doubt you would wish that unto anyone whose specific sick (and though explainable, not excusable) behaviour was in great measure the result of the unusual series of horrors Polanski went through. Being a child in a Holocaust Concentration Camp, your mother brutally murdered before your own eyes, and then within thirty years having your wife brutally murdered by Manson's fellow Psychopaths! His victim must have her rights respected. She seems to want it out of her mind and this may actually haunt her more than help her exact her right to just revenge. I think this case is very complex indeed. Nevertheless; I am not stating this because of any bias over his creative talents and accomplishments. If I were the Judge I would order him to make a realistic movie about the horrors young and vulnerable people suffer from monsters and from sick people. Yes; there is a distinction between those whose inhumanity is a monstrosity and those who suffered temporary insanity or chronic severe mental illness. This is about the principle: torturing people, no matter what, does nothing to further the cause of justice and makes us a dangerous lot if we do allow torture! I prefer the Norwegian Justice System. The US currently, even with Obama, still has what is really mostly truly a CRIMINAL Justice System! Neither victims nor culprits get justice! Mostly lawyers benefit.

I think your general anger and sentiment is justified, and Polanski should not get preferential treatment on account of his celebrity status. And I think he should be held accountable in a European court. But if it really does further haunt and harm Samantha (n. Gailey ) Geimer then we should take her feelings more into consideration. If she wants to have him forced to face his guilt (if he really has lied about his side of the story...he claims it was consentual...I tend to doubt him on this) then let him be exposed in European courts...not in the US.

In general I tend to stand by the side of the actual victims of crimes and not on the side of those who perpetrate them...even if there is evidence of a horrific childhood...but the ultimate criminals in this case are the Nazis, Fascists in general and Society at Large for being so intolerant of normal GLBT identity and normal mature consentual intimacy!!! If society would encourage sxual freedom between mature adults then I think these atrocities against children and minors would be less likely! There is a link!

As for what I advise the world to do: put these sick people (I'm not talking about an incidental case involving someone who is not proven to be a serial threat) in closed adults-only communities where only other adults live and where loving, consentual, respectful adult-to-adult intimacy is actually encouraged! And when someone seems 'cured' they should have special adults-only villages, away from mainstream society, where they can live and work. If they want to visit regular villages, cities and other places then they should be escorted by overseers who can insure they don't harm anyone!

Letter To A Nostalgic Friendly

So, what's going on in your corner of the World?
Tried to chat with you via facebook...
As you know we're in London now...after several very difficult years in the US.
Though I seriously helped get the Obama-Biden Ticket elected, and the world may be safer as a result....though some things are troublesome and worrying about the way in which the MIC is behaving (first they ask these two fine gentlemen to save them, to reform the MIC (make it less lethal and more constructive) and the rest of the World from their extreme excesses under Shrub and Neo-Company: then they try pulling some fast ones here and there...like the vaccine and what not...hey, you don't have to be a Paleo-Con or Neo-Con or other Nazi-like creep to see that something ain't right about what's going on...)....so...as I was saying...though I seriously helped get these guys elected my own safety and welfare was in grave danger in the US.
London is a great place to live, but at a hefty price... The rents are disproportionately high, especially at a time like this....what with a near-collapse of the global economy....who would have thought that the London Banking and Financial Industries sector would be so full of IDIOTS! Even I, with all my visionary abilities and Future-Seeing could not manage to foresee that the one place one would have thought would be financially safest would end up being in such a mess! Then again; London's overall longterm prospects....provided the World economy does manage to stand up tall again (reformed and re-tuned)...are better than most other City States. Problem may yet be; to what degree do the Tories (so-called Conservative Party) win next year's elections... If they get too much power then all bets are off.... But I sense that they will just barely get in with a narrow majority, and the rise of the Xenophobic UKIP and racist BNP will probably, eventually, re-activate and energize the silent Progressive majority...or so we must hope... The European Union surely cannot continue as it is; heading into chaos under the weight of all the Euroskeptic and anti-EU Right-wing extremists and ultra-Nationalists... Something is bound to give and break the current deadlock... We all know that WW3 could easily begin in Europe once more! Even with all the cross-Chengen (hard to use the term 'ross-border') property ownership and inter-European business interests; unless the EU does become what it was really meant to be...more united and more respectful of individuals and their rights...there is a serious danger that major conflicts may yet break out and cause the whole shebang to self-destruct, sending down the whole world with it! In a sense; we're either going to see some really positive changes worldwide or the beginning of the end as Russia, China and India vie for power against the currently much-too-weak Euro-Atlantic-American Alliance... And the biggest source of danger comes from within! Public confidence in Official Authorities is waning BIG TIME (most of the rich and their peons are to blame for all that), and the lack of Ethics at all levels of society, excess Corruption and the ability of organized thugs to excessively infiltrate and exploit the whole mess is causing the level of intra-social paranoia to rise way too high! So...we're either going to see some very positive changes in Europe (I include Australia and New Zealand here) and America (excluding Mexico) or the CRAP IS GOING TO HIT THE FAN SO BAD THAT..that we'll not know what hit us all until its too late!
Perhaps the actual discovery of evidence of truly intelligent life beyond our Solar stellar system would be what is needed to pull humanity together again! And, as I have been arguing for ages; chances are very good that we will discover THEM within our lifetime! Even if we may only get to SEE their presence WAY OUT THERE it will be enough to cause enough change on this endangered Pearl of a Planet of OURS! I think this OBSERVATION will take place within the next two years! PREPARE YOURSELF! A little initial chaos and incredulity will sweep over the World, but shorlty thereafter TRADITIONAL RELIGION and EXTREMISM will PLUMETT! Long Live The Glorious Memory of His Royal Highness, His Majesty, King Charles the 2nd of England! (Do your own research into why he was so special!).

The Man In The Mirror Is In Our Hearts and Minds

Michael Jackson did not die on the 25th of June, 2009. Only his body died. He lives on in our memories in more ways than we will ever know! The man in the mirror has traversed space-time and is now in Neverland. Like a colorful caterpillar he has metamorphised into the Peter Pan he dreamed of becoming; he has gained the childhood freedom that was denied him in this world. And now it is for each one of us left behind to help stop and prevent all the horrible suffering that kills the spirit of innocence of so many children, and perpetuates the cycle of abuse all over again!

I do not write these words as a fan, because I am a fan of no one. Having met him once back in the early 80s I have a sense of the real Michael too few ever got to know; a truly loving, sensitive, gentle and caring but also lonely person who was often unsure who his real friends were, who he could trust and love. What is certain is this: some of his songs really managed to break barriers and transcend petit-mindedness, providing us a sense that our dreams, hopes and aspirations for humanity are validated.

Mr. John Hill Seems To Be A Dangerous Fool

The Most Likely Truth About 7-7 and 9-11 and Their Conspiracy Theories

First of all, allow me to qualify what I am about to state; I know enough about how government agencies, agents and officials operate to be able to state, without the slightest doubt, that almost all conspiracy theories about everything from The Kennedy Assassination to 9-11 are full of nonsense, illogical conclusions and even politically or ‘religiously’ motivated deliberate lies! Secondly; those who totally dismiss every detail of a conspiracy theory or who think all conspiracy theories are nonsense only help fuel interest and belief in otherwise absurd conspiracy theories, because the fact is that some conspiracies do exist, have happened in the past, and are likely to happen again, and most conspiracy theories contain certain elements of truth! But this article is not about conspiracy theories in general, but about conspiracy theories concerning the horrors of 9-11 and 7-7.

As you may have heard, a man by the name of John Hill is now facing serious criminal charges for having produced a YouTube video (and DVDs) that suggest that the events of 7-7 were not the sick, unjustifiable, cowardly and murderous acts of relatively young, brainwashed British Muslims, whose brainwashers have a sick, extreme and distorted interpretation of Islam, but that it was some sinister plot on the part of elements within the British government which conspired to launch a so-called ‘false flag’ operation, involving the murder of many innocent people, simply as a means to justify acts of war and elimination of civil liberties! Mr. John Hill is also convinced he alone is The Messiah (look, I’m a Jew, and I know a thing or two about any real Messiah would-be), even as he has a non-Jewish religious ideology and shows none of the wisdom and compassion for humanity that one might expect of a true Jewish King. But, of course, if I were to simply suggest that John Hill's wacky self-delusion about being The Messiah is reason enough to dismiss his extreme (and, as far as I am concerned, impossible and ludicrous) conspiracy theory then I too would only be doing more harm than good.

Generally speaking Mr.John Hill alleges, without providing any truly credible evidence, that the four men blamed for the bombings were in fact fall guys in a government plot to win support for the war on terror; they were tricked into traveling to London with rucksacks on that day. Furthermore, Hill alleges that the CCTV footage that shows the four men arriving in London was simply used to incriminate them, and that they were not on the trains that blew up, but were in fact murdered by police at Canary Wharf, after government agents set off pre-planted explosives to frame them.

Here are some simple reasons why John Hill’s conspiracy theory does not make sense:

1. The cost of keeping even a few people ‘quiet’ and willing to participate in what would be the actual murder of dozens of innocent people is very, very high, and every government agent knows that their own government has other agents and agencies watching them (if not constantly then randomly) and even able to test their loyalty and trustworthiness! In other words; the idea that a sinister element within the UK government would conspire to commit mass murder makes absolutely no sense when it would require being able to ‘trust’ enough officers and agents to go along with such an evil crime; a crime whose evidence, had it been committed, would not only be very, very expensive to hide, but whose evidence being released would cause extreme instability in all branches of government and would be too high a risk for any so-called ‘possible’ benefit! Of course, if you can find enough agents and officers who share an extreme ideological agenda then it would be possible, but in a relatively democratic and liberal society that is highly unlikely. So, just considering the cost of keeping people quiet and the extreme difficulty in organizing such a massive crime it is very, very unlikely to be the case!
2. The idea that there are no, or too few, British Muslims willing and able to have done such horrible crimes goes totally against all the existing evidence! Yes, most British Muslims are not willing to be brainwashed and are not willing to support the sick agenda of violent extremists, but there are a significant minority of mostly younger British Muslims, perhaps around 5% to 15% (this rough estimate is based on actual, recent opinion polling of British Muslim youths) who unequivocally state that they see nothing wrong with suicide bombers and suicide bombing as a supposed means to an end, that they agree with such terrorist tactics, and that they would be willing to sacrifice their lives as martyrs in what they misperceive as a so-called ‘legitimate’ defense of Islam and of Muslims! Now, you can also find a minority of youths in other ‘communities’, including those who would call themselves Christian, Jewish, Hindu, etc… who would also have no qualms about going to extremes in order to push their agenda. But the reality is, like it or not, that the vast majority of suicide terrorist attacks in the past 30 years, especially since the Ayatollahs overthrew the Shah of Iran and pursued their extreme agenda throughout the Islamic World, have been done by young brainwashed Muslims who are taught very false interpretations of The Koran and of Islam! For many naïve people, mostly of Christian background, in Europe and America, it is hard to face the truth and realize that such extreme hatred and willingness to violence can really exist! So, the point here is simple: why frame otherwise innocent British Muslim youths, when you can easily find enough of them to, provided they are given the means, actually commit these sick acts of senseless violence and cowardly murder?? The one counter-argument that Mr. Hill might make is this: ‘…well, because the goal was also to defame Islam and Muslims, and not just to create public support for a war agenda….’. That counter-argument, however plausible it may seem, is false! Any relatively intelligent citizen of the UK knows that there are just too many important economic ties with many nations in the Islamic World, and that risking the loss of their trust and cooperation is absolutely not worth any other agenda!! Also, the social disruptions and their impact on the British economy that would be caused by such a conspiracy being revealed as true, were it true at all, would have disastrous consequences for everyone in the UK! Take this and the previous point and you already can see just how insensible and practically impossible it would be to launch such a conspiracy!
3. Most of the foremost British government agents, security specialists, officials and officers are highly intelligent people…which has nothing to do with whether or not they can make silly (and sometimes costly) mistakes (goes without saying; all highly intelligent persons tend to be absent-minded on occasion)…and thus they all know and understand the overall harm to both UK and World stability and security that ‘false flag’ operations, i.e. supposedly ‘clever’ conspiracies, can all too easily cause, by causing a chain of events that not only would wreck the UK economy, but would risk such a chain of events that would force the world into a final cataclysmic showdown! The agenda of virtually all British government agencies, agents, operatives, officials and officers is to reduce the level of instability in the world and to maintain sufficient security!
4. If there has been any conspiracy with regards to what happened in London on July 7, 2005 then it is much more likely to have been orchestrated by either remnant Nazis who operate out of South American Nazi enclaves and who have infiltrated many governments and agencies or fanatic Iranian operatives! And they would only be able to abet, indirectly, those young men who were already willing, able, planning and preparing to do what THEY DID! In any case; the actual acts were done by those brainwashed youths, even if some sinister anti-British, anti-American, anti-European, anti-EU, anti-UN, anti-Liberal, anti-Democratic Fascists in some way managed to facilitate things for them!!! But Mr. John Hill does not have the intelligence to see that that kind of a conspiracy makes more sense than his more likely obvious effort to harm the UK government and the British public! Oh, but, he and others may yet argue; ‘what if it was the US government under Cheney, with the help of Israel, that did it?’ First of all, believe or not, Israel’s actual ruling elite and their government know that it would be a fatal mistake for them to in any way ever be involved in any such a conspiracy to set the rest of the world against the Islamic World! Israel may sometimes exploit, out of survival necessity only, the weaknesses their enemies and conflicts between their enemies, but Israel also understands that there is no substitute for a comprehensive, viable, lasting peace, which must ultimately also involve territorial compromise with the Palestinians and the establishment of a Palestinian State! Israel is a lot less negative and a lot more positive an entity than many in the world today tend to believe, but over-simplistic superficial observations based on both mass-media hype and actual occasional violations of IDF codes of conduct fuel all kinds of senseless garbage about Israel and its overall motives! Of course, there are extremists in Israel who do plenty of harm to their own countries interests, but overall the majority of Israelis are quite different than what organized anti-Semitic groups want the public to think! As for the US; sure, there might have been a few Remnant Nazis who have infiltrated agencies and done things that actually harm overall US interests, including the unlikely possibility that those sick youths were given indirect assistance! But you can be sure that the vast majority of US officials, agents and operatives are not one bit even like the political opportunists (such as Rumsfeld, Cheney and others during the previous administration) who almost entirely wrecked the US!

So, as far I am concerned 7-7 happened more or less as the UK government states it did, and there is no sensible reason to think otherwise!

As for 9-11; that was truly more of a case where the Bush administration was complicit in having a ‘bring it on’, ‘go ahead, hit us, and see what happens’ attitude! No doubt about it; plenty of actual evidence exists that shows that the top people in Bush’s administration understood that sick bin Laden and Company were about to do something really terrible, but they were itching for an excuse, a ‘Casus Belli’, to launch their series of almost endless wars and conflicts against both real terrorists and anyone else who might endanger their selfish interests and sick agenda! But even 9-11 was perpetrated by those brainwashed pseudo-Muslims and all those wacko conspiracy theories are mostly based on insensible, highly improbable and even impossible things. Sure, there may have been a rogue group that infiltrated a significant US government agency and managed to conspire to help make 9-11 the horror it was, but I have no doubt that even those Neo-Cons at the top of the Bush Administration were in the dark and could not have known what was really, really happening! 9-11 was probably the result of a very clever collusion of sinister forces, including bin Laden & Company (i.e. al Qaeda) and possibly a rogue group created and operated by actual Remnant Nazis trying to destroy all democracies on Earth!!! Thus, it is no wonder that there were many odd, suspicious and sinister details about what happened on 9-11 and in the months and years leading up to that! And no doubt there were even some things that happened concerning Tower 7 that were meant to give people the impression that the Neo-Cons were behind the whole shebang! As far as I can tell the Neo-Cons of the Bush administration were all too happy to exploit the horrors of 9-11, but they were not clever or intelligent enough to have pulled-off the whole thing by themselves, and given what has happened since it is more likely that they too were played-with and duped, even as they would still deny it! It was definitely not the vast majority of US agents and operatives, or the Israelis at all; because both the actual ability to do such a massive crime and the excessive risks involved preclude such a possibility and in fact make it impossible! No, 9-11 was perpetrated by bin Laden & Company, with or without the help of some sinister rogue Remnant-Nazi forces! Yes, there might have been some things done concerning Tower 7 that were done simply because the opportunity to do them arose that September morning, but not so with regards to the Twin Towers (1&2). Knowing all that I know about the real world of intelligence operatives and agents I can, without a doubt, assure you that neither 9-11 nor 7-7 were what the vast majority of Conspiracy Theorists out there claim they were. The world is full of opportunists, both those who are willing to conspire and those who inadvertently or intentionally exploit actual conspiracies in order to convince people of conspiracy theories that make no sense at all! Whether Mr. John Hill meant to cause harm or not; his insensible nonsense, his stupid conspiracy theory has done nothing to shed any light on the actual truth, but, instead, has caused serious harm to the actual peaceful interests of the British government and UK officials, by providing more fuel to a fire based on ignorance, extremism and false interpretations of Islam! In other words: this is not about the UK wanting to silence those whose conspiracy theories actually are based on real evidence, actual events, actual facts and sensible ideas; it is about a man named John Hill who thinks he’s real smart and knows what’s really going on behind the scenes when he doesn’t and who uses half-truths and insensible fabrications to concoct a dangerous set of lies that form an even bigger lie! 7-7 was done by brainwashed youths, who cowardly and unjustifiably murdered dozens of innocent people of all types, and whose agenda is based on a totally false interpretation of Islam; a religion, like most others, whose real essence is peaceful!

An Open Letter To Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, etc.

Netanyahu’s Impossible “Peace” And My Free Advice on How to Make Peace Reality

“We want to live with you in peace as good neighbors”, said Israel’s current Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

And by “good neighbors” it turns out he meant a Palestinian entity, something not quite a fully sovereign national state, that would not have the means to discourage and defend itself against an otherwise possible, unjustified invasion and occupation.

Apparently Bibi Netanyahu wants the rest of us Jews to believe that the Palestinian side, and for that matter the predominantly Muslim Arab side, would ever accept such a precondition! Who does he think he is kidding? You know Bibi; it’s bad enough if you think it is wise to try and fool the Arab World, but to do that to the Jewish World is deeply offensive. Sure, most of Israel, left and right, seems to want to believe in fairytales (or maybe not really), or at least believe in tactics meant to postpone the inevitable, because, let’s face it (sarcastically speaking): there is scant evidence that there are enough people on the Palestinian side who will be able to deliver on a full peace, based on full parity of national sovereignty. After all, Gaza was proof enough of just how unreliable and weak the Palestinian moderates are. Or was it??

Enough of the fancy word-play and rhetoric Mr. Netanyahu! The Gaza Strip is not The West Bank, and Mahmoud Abbas’s Fateh is not Hamas, nor is the Arab World today the same Arab World it was during the Bush years. Things have changed, and not just because there is a Democrat in The White House whose middle name is Hussein (the late King Hussein al-Hashemi was a good friend to Israel…and many Jews include the word ‘hussein’ in their daily prayers), but because The World, like it or not, has been made a far more dangerous place by the dangerously foolish policies of the previous U.S. administration, especially for us Jews!

I will now proceed to advise you, point by point, in the slightest hope that you or someone with influence over you will heed my advice:

1. Israel, without the slightest doubt, must be recognized, by the legitimate and recognized Palestinian leader(s), as a state, first and foremost, established for the sake and purpose of protecting the Jewish people from any serious risk of annihilation; thus Israel must be recognized as a Jewish-ruled state, but one in which all other Israeli citizens, be they Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Atheist or whatever (except for anti-Semites and Fascists), be they Arab or not, Semitic or not, are provided the same kind of human rights and dignity that one would expect of any nation-state that is at least semi-democratic! Ben Gurion's dream was just that kind of Israel. That is to say this; Israel should not expect to be accepted and recognized as a strictly Jewish State, but it should have a Constitution that provides a special set of protections to persons who are definitely Jewish (generally as determined by Orthodox Jewish Law) including specific protections that insure that Israel’s Jews forever have the ability and right to destroy any nation that would dare to attempt to commit genocide against the Jewish people! After all, this is really what we Jews want to be sure of! Even if there were only one real Jew remaining within the borders of the State of Israel, she or he should be guaranteed the ability and right to launch nuclear missiles at any nation who would dare to attempt to commit genocide on his or her fellow Jews! Seriously! And perhaps the day will come when there will be a sovereign Gypsy nation with the same ability, and they too will seek the ability and right to do the same. Seriously! Because, let’s face it, what happened to millions of Jews, Gypsies, Homosexuals and many others, including millions of decent Christians too, during World War Two, must NEVER, ever, happen AGAIN! On all other issues all other Israelis would have the same legal, human and democratic rights, such that any Palestinian Arab currently in exile, who would still want ‘their (supposed) right to return’, would have to fulfill certain reasonable things and meet certain sensible qualifications to be able to apply and receive full Israeli citizenship. Because, and in this sense the estimated majority of Israelis today who support Netanyahu’s concerns have a valid point, there is no way that Israel can afford to let most, let alone all, Palestinians who once lived in areas now inside the modern borders of Israel, and their descendants, simply return. There can be no doubt about it; Israel would seize to exist, seize to serve its most important purpose, if it were foolish enough to agree to a full right of return to all those Palestinians. It would be a compromise solution, whereby some Palestinians (we’re not talking about millions, but only about thousands), especially the elderly who were actually born in areas that now make up the modern borders of Israel, would get assistance in applying for citizenship. And, over time, when peace proves sustainable, Israel will make it easier for Palestinian relatives to visit their fellow Israeli Palestinian relatives for reasonably limited periods of time. Bibi; it’s that simple and that easy!
2. As part of the same fundamental purpose for the existence of the State of Israel, any Two State solution that allows for the formation of a modern sovereign Palestinian State must not be able to present a serious military or existential threat to Israel. But, as the wise old saying goes; “good fences make for good neighbors”! Thus Israel must somehow accept that a Palestinian State alongside its borders must have its own reasonable means of self-defense in order to feel safe and secure from the risk of any future Israeli government coming to power that might simply decide to end any previous agreement, perhaps using the excuse of a freak incident in which, say, some fringe minority terrorist group were able to launch a few missiles into Israel from Palestinian territory, that is to say as a casus belli , an excuse to invade and occupy territory. But the exact nature and type of such means of self-defense can be determined and agreed upon, such that the actual result does not effectively mean a fully ‘demilitarized’ Palestinian State, because, face it Bibi, the Palestinian leadership will never agree to sign a deal with Israel on the basis of having its right to self-defense denied. I seriously doubt that our side, we Jews and Israelis, would agree to such a ridiculous idea, were the shoe on the other foot! Good fences do tend to help make for good neighbors, and no sensible Palestinian leader would ever sign a peace agreement based on having to fully trust in the good will of its former enemy! We wouldn’t and they won’t. Mind you, we’re not talking about a Palestinian State that would be allowed to have the kind of weaponry (massive amounts of tanks, cannons, heavy artillery, missiles and planes, etc.) that any of the co-signers (USA, Russia, EU, etc.) would have to concede could easily present a serious offensive threat to Israel. That would be out of the question, just as would be any agreement that would deny Israel’s special right to keep its ability to maintain full defensive parity with the entire Arab World. The self-defense needs of Israel cannot be compared with those of any future Palestinian State, and Israel cannot forsake its nuclear deterrent and its ability to thwart any massive conventional military threat on the part of its future former enemies becoming enemies again. The History of the Arab-Israeli conflict and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict shows that Israel would need generations of peace in order to finally feel safe enough to consider full multilateral disarmament. In fact, chances are much greater that by that time the whole World might abandon nationalism and all forms of tribalism and inhumanity (ethnocentrism, racism, unjustified intolerance, ignorant behavior, violence, war, crime and corruption), and then, in all probability, the last nation on Earth to become a full part of a future One Diversely United World would be Israel! Not because we Jews are less willing to be part of such a One Diversely United World, but because we would probably be the most skeptical of all! But then again; are we not Jews because we truly trust in the Peaceful Coming of The Peace-Loving Messiah, who will bring peace to all The World and to All Humanity (not just to us Jews)?!? Reasonable compromise, Bibi, reasonable compromise; it’s Real Peace’s middle name!
3. As for Jerusalem; oh Yerushalayim, may I turn into a pillar of salt before I ever forget you! The idea of keeping Jerusalem fully united as the sole Capital of The State of Israel, is nice, but it is not at all realistic in so far as achieving a viable, lasting peace with the Palestinians. Let’s face it Bibi; only when The Messiah is truly declared (when a Jew becomes Anointed King of The Kingdom of Judah) will we Jews be able to reclaim all of Jerusalem (and much more) as ours. Every decent Muslim knows this and will have to contend with this when such a time should actually arise. But, until such a time, the Jewish people need peace more than anything else, and preventing such peace on account of one’s inability to wait, ever-so-patiently, for The Messiah, is nothing less than endangering the lives of all Jews, and if you are truly Jewish Bibi, then you should know this! The life of any and every single Jew is sacred (just as sacred as are the lives of all those who do not threaten the lives of Jews), and to endanger our lives because you would play the unrealistic politics of delaying tactics that would prevent a viable, lasting peace is just as wrong as it would be for the rest of us Jews to agree to join you in such folly, thereby also endangering the lives, the safety and security, of all the other nations of The World! For it is already a certainty, beyond all reasonable doubt, that any Palestinian leader who would sign such an unrealistic, ‘flawed peace agreement’ would not be able to remain in power long enough to deliver the very results needed! Furthermore, we must keep in mind that practicing Jews are forbidden to go up to Mount Moriah where both destroyed Holy Temples stood, that Islam’s Third Holiest site (where, as they understand, their Prophet Muhammad ascended to Heaven) is up there, and that every leader acceptable to the Palestinian people has promised that Jerusalem will, at least in part, be part of any future Palestinian State. Given all these facts, and much more, there can be no doubt that you (should) know that any Two State solution, any truly viable peace settlement, based on any realistic understanding of what is at stake and what is minimally required, must include some kind of an odd-ball compromise solution whereby Jerusalem remains united in terms of access (for Jews, Muslims and Christians) but, with the exception of the Christian, Armenian and Jewish Quarters (as well as West Jerusalem and a few parts of East Jerusalem) the rest of Jerusalem, including Mount Horiah (for us The Temple Mount), the Muslim Quarter and much of the rest of East Jerusalem would have to be part of their Palestinian State, in such a way that there is an international entity able to insure peace and security. Such would probably be made up of United Nations, US, Jordanian and EU officers (it could be known as The Jerusalem International Security Force) in all parts of Old Jerusalem, helping insure that Jerusalem somehow becomes the first City in The World to be semi-united semi-divided, being both the Capital of Israel and the Capital of Palestine! All of Greater Jerusalem would have to be demilitarized and a joint Israeli-Palestinian Security Force, supervised by the Commander of The Jerusalem International Security Force (and his Deputies), would also have to be established to help prevent incidents such as people throwing stones and other missiles down towards Jews praying at The Kotel (The Western Wall) and people going up to The Temple Mount area seeking to incite the anger of Muslim worshippers. Only by such an intricate, sophisticated and yet realistic solution to the Grand Question of Jerusalem can the final piece to ‘the puzzle of peace’ be put into place!
4. Only when there is also a viable (potentially everlasting) peace agreement and settlement between Israel and the Palestinians, that brings about a Two State Solution, will it also be possible, and to some extent necessary, for Israel to finally be able to make peace with Syria and Lebanon, which will almost surely result in a broader peace between Israel and The Entire Arab World, which will eventually translate into peace between Israel and the rest of The Islamic World, which would most likely include peace with a new Iran! Only when there is such a Pan-Arab-Israeli peace will there be fantastic business trade opportunities for all of The Middle East and The Mediterranean, and only then will the rest of The World witness the overall beauty and benefits of viable realistic peace based on reasonable compromise and justified tolerance! For without peace Israel will continue to become more and more isolated and forced into a senseless, eternal and self-destructive Massada-style Fortress Complex! Israel, and for that matter its allies in the European Union and The United States, cannot afford to risk delaying the inevitable peace any longer! If anything the recent violent events in Gaza show that things can really get way out of hand throughout all of the Middle East with mortally dire consequences for the rest of The World too! The last thing we Jews want is to be misperceived as the very people who, having helped bring about The Ten Commandments and The Law of Love of G-D (i.e. “Do unto others as they really want to be done unto and do nothing unto anyone that they don’t want done!”), end up being the cause of the final, most horrific destruction of The World! So, Bibi, listen up, because even if I, a Jew, am not The Messiah, I have a very good idea what Our Future King, before becoming Anointed, would advise you to do, right now and not later; make peace while the going is still good! Make peace before the world begins to doubt that we are true Jews! Make peace for the sake of the children of both our peoples! Make peace for the sake of all good Jews, Muslims and Christians, and all other good peoples on Earth! Make peace, because that is exactly what being Jewish is all about! Do it!

So, there! There you have it Bibi: do the right thing and reap the rewards or end up being just another Israeli leader who failed to make History and who inadvertently put us all one step closer to another Shoah! G-D forbid! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!

President Barack H. Obama's Historic Speech: Between The Words Breaths of Wisdom

There should be no doubt about it, the Historic speech made in Cairo, Egypt by President Barack H. Obama and delivered with great confidence to the Islamic Nations and peoples of the World, and to Arab Muslims in particular, had a lot more nuance and purpose in it than one would first sense by only listening to its words!
Every breath between every thought uttered by President Obama held in it an air of deep wisdom whose purpose is greater than the sum of the words contained in his speech. The tone and the facial expressions of President Obama were like the invaluable markers used in the Hebrew Alef-Bet to denote specific sounds, vowels and consonants, without which it would be impossible to be even relatively sure what the author meant to write or the speaker really meant to say!

Mind you, I will not go into a detailed analysis of what exactly was meant by every gesture, expression, intonation, word, sentence, etc., for that could really take up a lot more time and space than is needed to make my point in this article. Suffice it to say, President Barack H. Obama's speech held in it both great promise and a stern warning, as well as what might be considered a coded sub-message! The great promise was one of almost infinite hope and faith in the principle that has been President Obama's legacy thus far: that almost every Human Being in the world, every child of the Great Spirit of H'SH'M, including the vast majority of Muslims, Jews and Christians, desire exactly the same basic things in this Life, World and from each neighbor and stranger! In effect, that almost all of us really do understand that there is a need, and thus a compelling possibility, for true compromise and tolerance based on the principle that without such we will never see an end to all the senseless extreme fear, irrational hatred, dehumanizing injustice, barbaric brutality, insensible threats and horrific violence that has plagued the world for millennia and might continue to plague us till we either come to our best senses or end up, unfortunately sooner than later, causing a world conflagration and final man-made disaster that will wipe out virtually everyone and every ounce of beautiful art, artistic design and imaginative creation we humans have ever produced! And also included in that great promise was an understanding that H'SH'M (G-D All-Loving) would not want us to murder one another in the name of any system of belief, faith or dogma, and that the true essence of what binds all the major religions and Spiritual Philosophies of the world must be the commonality of the Law of Love of H'SH'M; "Do Unto Others As They Truly Want To Be Done Unto and Do Nothing Unto Anyone That They Do Not Really Want To Have Done Unto Them!" True, President Obama inadvertently used the old and inaccurate version of what he really meant to say (he used the "Do unto others as you would want unto thyself!") as someone who I know cherishes the best of True Free-Masonic Ideals (mind you; not to be confused with the current mish-mash abusing the good name of Freemasonry!), as one who has studied the wisdom and compassion of Saladin (Ṣalāḥ ad-Dīn Yūsuf ibn Ayyūb), a wisdom that gave rise to The Knights Templar and eventually to the Freemasonry that helped bring about such great individuals as His Majesty King Charles The Second (King Charles II of England), Baruch Spinoza and Sir Isaac Newton (forgive me for not mentioning the Islamic and Jewish scholars of Islam's Golden Scientific Age, whom we should trouble ourselves to learn more about) who were very much part of The Rennaisance and The Age of Enlightenment, without which we would probably have gone into extinction by now!
In essence, President Barack H. Obama was actually invoking the memory of the Clash of Civilizations known mostly as The Crusades, which could easily have caused the collapse of all civilization in the World, had it continued and spread its megalomania elsewhere! And therein lies also President Obama's warning! For his predecessor, probably not fully aware of it, had almost served the full interests of those who almost succeeded in igniting another Worldwide Clash of Civilizations that would have caused a permanent and irrevocable divide, leading to all manner of megalomania and violence, between one side and the Islamic World, which numbers over 1.3 to 1.5 Billion people...over one-fifth of the World's total population at present!!! Anyone in their right mind can clearly see what that would have meant! No religion on Earth, no dogma or ideology, Spiritual or otherwise, can manage to dominate the world by force or even by gradual efforts at full conversion! Like it or not, we're going to have to accept that H'SH'M is above traditional religion, and that the True Way to Live by G-D's Golden Law of Love is to be found in our own individual, special, self-realized connection to H'SH'M!

We must be steadfast in our resolve to support President Obama and his efforts, through his Administration and as CEO of The United States of America, to bring about the Peaceful World Order he and most people in the World desire, need and should already have had ages ago!

They're Absolutely Nuts! Shameless Pirates, Thieves and Con-Artists!

WE the people of The United States of America live in really difficult and dangerous times! Here we are in the middle of a major economic crisis that could easily turn into a serious and possibly final World Economic Depression, caused in great measure by the unscrupulous deregulation President Bush and his Neo-Con cronies managed to push on America, and the very people who perpetrated and benefitted from this grand theft and massive act of piracy now have the gall to threaten, nay, to hold a gun to the heads of America's working classes! They refuse to pay their taxes and thereby threaten to destabilize President Barack Obama's honorable efforts to restore confidence in America and its economic future!! This amounts to nothing less than a declaration of war on those who have already suffered the most as a result of their greed-fest and their murderous opportunism! Where's McCain now? Did he not pledge and promise to support our Commander-in-Chief at a time of great national emergency? By not speaking out against these pseudo-patriotic protests is he not actually an accomplice??

As far as I can tell, this is the first major salvo in what may (unless McCain and others speak out and break ranks) eventually become all-out class warfare and a new American Civil War! Not between a relatively progressive anti-slavery Yankee North and a definitely regressive pro-slavery Confederate South, but between those who leech off the blood, sweat and tears of poor working people and those who have enough sense to join their fellow poverty-ridden Americans in seeking to restore America's true moral high-ground and to bring about a New Ethical Reality based on the real principles of the Founders of our great country!

This is not The Boston Tea of old...no ma'am, no siree! This is impure, adulterated Insani-Tea! And this numbskull pseudo-plumber Sam Wurzelbach (seen above...courtesy of AP) probably has no clue how wrong he and those he's with are!

If a significant number of these Right-wing nuts fail to pay their Federal Taxes they can cause our courts to become overwhelmed and worse! President Obama would then be left with no other option but to declare a National Emergency and invoke special powers! This would then be used by these heavily armed Right-wing extremists as a pretext to begin killing people and triggering a Civil War like none yet seen. This would be a definite disaster for the world...even if President Obama were able to insure the support of the military and most of America's law-enforcement community. For an America seen as unstable and on the verge of splitting up into two; a Coastal America East-West-North versus the New South and Central States, is an America that would be taken advantage of by other countries.

About Zeitgeist - The Movie (as seen on YouTube)

In a nutshell; Zeitgeist-The Movie states many truthful and quintessentially true facts about what is going on in the world, in terms of some unknown group of people who profit from the insufferable status quo, that is monstrously inhuman, but it is not totally truthful and objective in its conclusions and overall statement, for the real truth is far more complex and would show that people like President FDR and the Rothchild family dynasty were and/or are in reality not directly the maliciously evil individuals and oligarchs they are made out to be! FDR was a relatively good person whom both sides of the real divide found could be trusted to reduce the fire enough, so as to save and improve the lives of the lower classes. The Rothchild’s are like Madoff; they were duped into thinking that they were serving the interests of world peace and stability by people who were far more clever and unethical than they were! In fact, this tendency to blame the “bankers” fails to take into account the Ottoman Factor! The Ottoman Factor, as I coined it, is the idea that for a brutal central authority to run things smoothly it needs to find an ethnic group that has been most victimized and in exchange for some degree of improvement and protection from further atrocities will feel compelled to serve that brutal central authority, much as the Ottoman Sultans used Jews throughout the Arab world and in those European lands they conquered to be the administrators and to manage the supply of money, funds and other resources needed to fuel the effort at greater conquest! Zeitgeist-The Movie fails to get deep enough into the picture and understand that the real individuals who benefit the most know all too well how to manipulate front-persons, and that these real culprits are truly anti-Semitic and anti-Humanistic, as being one implies the other! The real victims of what is going on in the world are all poor people and some relatively middle class persons, including especially the Jewish people as a whole. Because the real oligarchs and plutocrats are not the people held up in front of our eyes, but those who work behind the scenes to create this false picture of “truth”, whose interests lie in using/manipulating any Jew they can or destroying any Jew who is smart enough to see the truth and who might get in their way! Clearly, in terms of percentages of any ethnic group, the Jewish people have been the most brutalized and murdered by those who manipulated events to cause World War One and World War Two, as well as some other wars before and since!
In World War One many fine Jewish intellectuals were forced into fighting for one or the other side and most did not survive! Of course, in terms of sheer numbers more non-Jews were murdered by all those wars, but in terms of percentage of total number of all Jews the number of Jews murdered directly or indirectly, as combatants or civilians, is far greater than that of almost any other ethno-religious group in Europe and the World. Perhaps the one exception in World War One and Two were Gypsies, i.e. Roma, Shinti and other Gypsy people. So, when we watch this documentary we should keep all that in mind. Also Zeitgeist-The Movie fails to show the full truth about how complex and otherwise almost impossible it is for a country as big and populous as America (the USA) to remain in existence at all and yet to be able to do so in a relatively pro-Constitutional manner! Zeitgeist-The Movie goes too far in blaming the government and its administrators and is not totally correct about the issue of the Constitutionality of Income Tax!

The one very powerful, truthful and important message of this YouTube documentary is the fact that credit cards and micro-chip trackers and implants are a lethal threat to human civilization, democracy, freedom and humanity as a whole!

The Founders of America intended its Constitution to ultimately protect the rights/freedoms/liberties of INDIVIDUALS...both poor and wealthy ones....from the rights/freedoms/liberties of GROUPS and of ORGANIZATIONS, including CORPORATE and GOVERNMENT! For a society in which the individual is at the mercy of other individuals and groups of individuals is NOT A TRUE DEMOCRACY and eventually becomes so corrupt, chaotic and self-destructive! Demcoracy is NOT about the TOTAL RULE OF THE MAJORITY, but about the relative RULE OF THE MAJORITY in such a way that does not threaten the EXISTENCE AND RIGHTS of THE MINORITY, ESPECIALLY THE INDIVIDUAL! No True Democracy can last that becomes either an instrument of RUTHLESS MAJORITY RULE or RUTHLESS INDIVIDUAL OR MINORITY RULE!

When Will The Decision-Makers Finally Listen To Reason?

Subtitle: The Roots of This Senseless, Senseless Violence; The Culture of Winners Versus Losers, of Intolerance Versus Tolerance.

There really is no way for me to express with words how sad and angry this sick, senseless atrocity in Binghamton, New York makes me feel. I wish I could express my deep sympathy to each and every person whose loved one was murdered. Yes, there are reasons why people become extremely sick and we continue to ignore the obvious answers concerning how we can actually reduce such incidents from happening in the future, but there is never an excuse for such acts of violence...never! Obviously this was not perpetrated by someone with any remaining sense of humanity, compassion or respect for the humanity of others. And obviously the perpetrator of this most cowardly and disturbing criminal act of mass murder is further evidence of just how violent our world has become and how important it is for communities to find ways to provide the kind of social, emotional and physical intervention long before anyone reaches such a senselessly sick state of mind! And I am not talking about profiling people for the purpose of further disenfranchising them and making them feel even more threatened by society. For ignored and/or improperly and inadequately handled mental illness gets worse over time. Especially when the greater society at large is already plagued by a culture, and subcultures, of fortuitous violent conditioners, such as some types of video games, so-called sporting events, unjustified types of wars and improper military training methods, and certain types of movies that unrealisitically or too explicitly portray senselessly fortuitous scenes of violence, extreme cruelty and barbarism!

Another major factor is how much of our modern technologies are over-relied-on and/or misused, whereby people do not develop the right set of social graces and emotional sophistication to be able to create and maintain healthy social lives, both in terms of real platonic friendship(s) or friendship(s) of a more intimate kind. The re-enforcement of the expectation of quick, instant and superficial
self-gratification that lacks the ability to provide the kind of deeper, truly meaningful human social contact born of patience, tolerance, compassion, sharing and emotional and verbal honesty is very much at the heart of this catastrophic state of affairs! Too many persons are way too dependent on the kind of virtual reality electronic computer-based networking tools, which can never fully substitute the need for direct human contact, and yet too many people are living in fear of the fact that too many laws supposedly meant to better protect society tend to actually make it even more difficult for people to risk attemptying to befriend today’s stranger who was yesterday’s friend somewhere else and who could be tomorrow’s friend yet! In a sense we have managed to create a most unhealthy society by overlegislating social behavior, by throwing out the baby with the dirtwater, by failing to provide proper, relatively safe, alternative venues for people to meet and make new friends not based only on some set of narrow interests, but
based on our greater universal humanity! In a sense we cannot really have it both ways when it comes to living in open and democratic societies! We cannot have public law and government that is either neutral or even hostile to universalist human values, in effect societies which ignore the need for a greater sense of human connectedness and which ignore or oppose creative, relatively safe alternative venues for adults to release their frustrations in non-violent ways and where they can make new friends that are based on deeper emtional foundations! We cannot have a society that expects its citizens to be honest at work and when dealing with authorities but which somehow punishes honesty in human relations. You either have a society that only extols so-called conservative family-clan-centric social values, private elitist social groups and strict monogamy, which then, especially in hard economic times (but not only then), pushes the “losers” into extreme conditions that sometimes cause an already unstable person to explode in senseless rage and violence, or you have a society that seeks to accommodate to the most basic social, physical and matterial needs of the least of its members! A society that only awards its winners is a losing proposition! (A society that only awards its winners is a losing society!) A society that always has decent consolation prizes for those who did not win, that is to say a society that does not criminalize the natural needs of those whose matterial means are limited, is a winning society! Of course,
there are those who will point out the extreme failure of the Sixties Hippy Era and the kind of harm that comes from that kind of lax, laissez-faire, do as you please attitude! But to suggest that there is only two opposite extreme choices; one that is too Puritanistic for its own good and the other that is too loose for its own
good risks denying the possibility of a true alternative in which the traditionalist conservatives can still have their own lives in their private spaces and the responsibly progressive liberals can have their alternative lifestyles in relatively safer ways!

Whatever the specifics behind the personality traits of this mass murdering psycho may be, the fact of the matter is this: eight years of almost total rule by pseudo-democratic neo-conservative idealists has actually made things much worse in greater American society at large and these kind of atrocities are its result and would actually become less likely in a country that makes it perfectly clear that the only real American Way is that which is non-violent unity-in-diversity-oriented and in which government not only seeks to reduce access to the means to do harm, but seeks to work with the private sector to establish drug-free social venues where natural emotional and even physical intimacy is not discouraged! After all, there is a reason that the de-nazification of post-WW2 Germany included creating those kind of venues for adults to release excess stress and to develop deeper emotional relationships! It is only more recently in Germany that government once more began to meddle in the ability of poor adults to meet one another! Just as so-called Communism unleashed a chain of events that still destroys lives, even after the system has been gone, so do all other forms of extremist ideological systems, which includes that side of the Hippy Movement that mixed substance abuse with so-called Free Love, including that of the Neo-Cons!

The point is this: if we want a safer America (and World) then we need a saner America (and World), and if we want a saner America we need to realize that if those who are poor, unemployed and in great financial and matterial difficulty at least have all their basic, minimum needs provided for, especially their need for social relations, from purely platonic ones to ones that help sattisfy a need for intimate yet truly honest, respectful, physical and emotional relationships (including for those who are considered by the majority as odd-balls, non-conformists and into fringe lifetstyles), then people are less likely to totally lose their minds and become capable of such atrocities!

02:20 a.m., London, England, UK, EU – George Soros understands better than almost any person alive today just how dire the circumstances are, not just financially but in terms of global economic and geo-political stability! Within less than 24 hours the world, starting with its key decision-makers, will either breathe a deep sigh of relief and begin to rise constructively out of the muck of financial and economic doom and gloom or the world will begin its final roller-coaster ride of weeks of extreme market volatility and the beginning of what would definitely not only be something far worse than The Great Depression of 1929, but a series of other related disasters that would definitely destroy human civilization as we know it today! Given the kind of weird Global Russian Roulette Situation we have, with every one of the G-20 nations holding a gun to the head of the other, and all the potential for a total meltdown of trust, not to mention the kind of weapons of mass destruction that did not even exist in 1929, we must all hope and pray that these powerful leaders and their advisors will heed the warning of George Soros and others.

In the past few days, just before this G-20 Crisis Meeting is about to convene, France and Germany have decided to stick to their guns in their conviction that what is really needed most is stronger and better regulation of global business and finance practices and activities, and France has even threatened to walk-out if Global Financial Regulation is not significantly strengthened. For in their view this Global Financial and Economic Crisis is evidence, as they say, of the systemic failure of the Anglo-Saxon type of Global Financial Markets and International Finance structures and business activities, with its excessive deregulation, especially during the Bush Administration years. This rather harsh anti-Anglo-American stance is in contrast to the preference of the British and Americans to get the Continental European giants and other G-20 nations to pool and pour more money into government financial-crisis-management programs, including massive infrastructure investment projects and works as well as other business-salvaging programs to reduce and eventually reverse the rapidly growing unemployment rates, efforts to bail-out and prop-up key financial, banking, insurance and securities institutions, efforts to use this crisis as an opportunity to shift production towards alternative, green, transportation and energy technologies, as well as other efforts to not only restore confidence in the global economy but to set a new course for the entire world! France, Germany and a few other key European Union nations think that most of the burden of the costs of restoring global market stability should be born by the key perpetrators of this crisis, namely the United Kingdom and The United States of America. And it seems that if both sides are willing to play a dangerous, ultimate high stakes international Game of Chicken the ultimate losers may be everyone else in the world!

Obviously what is needed is some cool-headed wisdom and the determination to make every effort to find a relatively reasonable compromise, but in such a way that somehow really does end up providing the world most of what either side has wanted in the first place. For anyone sufficiently educated, knowledgeable and informed can see that both sides are more right than wrong. Sure, to blame this Global Crisis on the so-called Anglo-Saxon Financial Markets and International Finance Model is wrong. The idea that rich people and their Big Businesses would never do anything that would significantly endanger the very global stability they depend on is either very naïve or born of short-term malicious greed and selfish-minded foolishness. But such stupidity was not at all part of the original so-called Anglo-Saxon model when it all came into place at the height of The Industrial Revolution. In fact, one could just as well argue that it was actually the extremely aggressive and strict German labor-intensive model combined with the traditional Japanese Corporate Fascism model, where the individual worker is practically owned by the company they work for, which too many greedy businesspersons throughout the world, and especially in America, adopted beginning in the early 80s with Reaganomics and its sick Trickle-down Supply-side excessively consumerist-addicting economic model. Clearly this Era of Careless and Imbalanced Globalization, with its increasingly nasty and excessive competition between nation-state economies, was heavily exploited by the rich everywhere, including, to a great extent, by rich German, French and other Western European businesspersons, as well as by many rich OPEC member state citizens!

While most American and European citizens were not in any significant way the ultimate beneficiaries of the kind of greed- and selfishness-driven, ruthless business practices that made the American-owned markets such lucrative sources of investment- and speculation-based fortunes, not just for the top one percent of Americans, but also for European elite businesspersons, many who are multi-national citizens, and quite a few who are dual American and European citizens, most people in the poorer nations of the world, as well as a significant minority in America and Western Europe were the ones to have to pay the price for such excesses! Not just in terms of jobs and household economies at risk, but in terms of serious job-related health problems, suffering and premature deaths! But we must also remember the cost of AIDS and other preventable epidemics which were not at all helped (and in fact were exacerbated) by the very erroneous and zealous ideals, social strictures and policies of the administrations of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, then to a lesser extent Bush Junior’s policies, and the unrealistic attitude of some other major religious institutions. And to top it all, one must not forget to take into serious consideration the very negative financial and economic consequences of the sick terrorist attacks of 9-11-2001, which were exploited for very sinister political and financial interests by the Neo-Conservatives of the Bush Administration, to the added benefit of extreme Rapture-addicted so-called-Christians (mostly of the Neo-Evangelist type). In sum, the current Global Crisis was caused by many things combined which together became the proverbial “perfect storm”. Thus Sarkozy, Merkel and Jean-Claude Juncker, to name just a few, are not as righteous in their condemnation as would first appear to be the case.

Surely President Obama cannot be in any way held responsible for this mess which was caused, in great measure, by the Bush Administration’s rampant deregulatory practices and policies and its Fiasco in Iraq, with its very negative consequences for the rest of the world! In fact both Chancellor Merkel and President Sarkozy would be well advised to listen to Obama and his entourage of experts, as well as to George Soros, whose advice was echoed just the other day by both Prime Ministers Kevin Rudd of Australia and Gordon Brown of the UK. Now would be the very worst time for France to storm out and Germany to stand still, especially as recent events in The Middle East show how desperately and urgently all peoples there need President Obama to be able to restore confidence in the global markets so as to concentrate on using his magnificent talent at bringing diverse groups together and his exceptional skill at talking sense into people, for the sake of lasting peace, global security and a New Era of Prosperity based on real technological, social and environmental progress!

Dehumanizing Your Enemy Serves Only To Dehumanize Yourself!

In the past I have tended to be very specific about what specific incident(s), event(s) or issue(s) I am writing about. While doing so may have been useful in getting people to think about those things more seriously it has often harmed my more universal goal(s). In effect; universal wisdom is very hard to convey without giving specific examples, but by going into specifics one risks being misunderstood and one's universal values risk being perceived as hypocrisy! So, this time I find myself forced to avoid being specific in the hope that a broader and ultimately more important message be conveyed.

A recent event happened that over time will push a certain set of people in the world to re-evaluate things and to make very hard decisions. This event was not only a most complex event, but its root causes are even more complex! To give you a rough idea of what I might be talking about I am going to relate to you a semi-fictional story that has a lot of basis in reality:

The Story of History Island

Not very long ago there was a time when large sailing ships were the only way significant numbers of people could travel from one side of an ocean to another. In those days there were many unchartered, undiscovered and unknown islands, especially in Tropical waters. This is the story of such a ship and such an island.

H.M.S. Wilberforce was a grand Galleon over 120 feet in length and 80 feet in width, fore to aft. It had three decks and could comfortable transport over 300 persons from the coast of England to the coast of Peru in about 2 and a half months.

On May 14, 1748 H.M.S. Wilberforce was caught in a sudden and rather violent storm, and during that storm it went off course nearly 40 nautical miles! By nightfall the storm began to subside but not enough to prevent the ship from hitting a reef and being split into two! Fortunately enough, all but 11 of the 220 passengers aboard managed to swim to the safety of the shores of a nearby, uninhabited island! The ship was transporting 170 ethno-religious fanatics and 50 relatively normal persons! And of the fanatics most were of X Ethno-Religion and only a few were of Y Ethno-Religion. The ratio of each group among the 11 dead was approximately the same.

Within a few days the island had been fully explored, and was found to be as big as London City proper was in 1748! It had everything imaginable for relatively normal living, including several fresh water springs, a few small lakes, a couple of waterfalls, several small dormant volcanic mountains, plenty of tropical fruit trees and berry bushes, an assortment of various wild animals, including fowl, reptiles and rodents, not to mention some poisonous spiders, snakes and what not! It also was surrounded by beautiful soft-sanded pearly-white beaches, brilliantly clear aquamarine blue warm tropical water and inlets, rich in fish and other wonders of the sea! The Captain of the ship tried to keep everyone united, but soon enough two main groups formed, and two smaller groups. The largest group was for those who were religious fanatics of the X Ethno-Religion, numbering some 130 people, followed by the second largest one, comprised of the 50 non-fanatic persons of both ethno-religious backgrounds, but mostly being of the Y Ethno-Religious background, another smaller one comprised of the Y ethno-religious fanatics whose number was 20, and the smallest of them all was made up of the few who were a-religious and who numbered just 9!

Logically the island was divided into four distinct territories, but the proportions were not quite fair! The X fanatics, being the largest number of people, easily managed to force everyone else into much smaller parcels of land, especially parcels of land that were not the nicest ones either! The X fanatics named their 90% of the island "X-ria", the non-fanatic, predominantly of Y background, group named their 4% of the island "Democratonia", the Y fanatics named their 4% "Zealand", and the group of 9 a-religious people named their 2% "Athenia". Already the seeds of conflict were beginning to be sown! Especially because there was a brief time of a few days when the "Democratonians" held at least 10% of the island, including a very viable section which would have made it possible for them to live relatively decent lives, without harming anyone else!

In the first two months that followed there were signs of growing tension and some minor border disputes and fist-fights, but otherwise there was so-called 'peace' without fairness; an obviously false peace that would not last long!

The "Athenians" had also had enough of the situation and decided to join forces with the "Democratonians" in demanding that the "Democratonians" get a full 10%, and they, the "Athenians" get another 2%. The "Zealanders" suffered in their small and poor piece of the island, but refused to risk war!

What happened next was totally unnexpected! One of the women from X-ria fell in love with a man from Democratonia, and left her parents, brother and two uncles to be live in Democratonia with her newfound love! In effect, she had decided not to be a fanatic anymore. Unfortunately this did not go down well with her familials and they attempted to force her back and threatened to kill her lover. When they almost succeeded, causing serious injury to the love-struck couple, the Democratonians and Athenians declared war on the X-rians and after three days of violent conflict, in which ten X-rians, two Democratonians and one Athenian were killed, the Democratonians managed to capture roughly 16% of the island, and awarded 2% more to the Athenians. From that point on things were definitely not peaceful. After ten years of conflict the borders changed little, but the children were born and the total population began to increase, even with a few fatalities every now and then! Then in the 12th year the Democratonians, in an attempt to get back to the 'real world', sent an expedition on a small raft, which discovered another much larger island that was actually inhabited! Its people were called the Restonians and soon enough trade was established between the two islands. The Restonians did not know who their ancestors were or how they had come to live on their island and they had had no contact with any other peoples for longer than they could remember! But the Restonians trade was not exclusively with the Democratonians, Athenians or even the Zealanders. They soon made special and exclusive alliances and deals with each group, and discovered that by exploiting the conflict between the peoples of The Island of Historia they could benefit greatly! After all the Restonians numbered four times the total number of people on Historia!

Now what I forgot to tell you is that in 2% of that extra 4% of the land the Democratonians held a family of X-rians decided to remain and they soon grew in number. These X-rians somehow managed to live under Democratonian rule without much ado, until a group of the originally displaced X-rians decided to exploit this fact and force that family into conflict with the Democratonians. At some point the X-rians began launching suicide attacks, using crude explosives made from the various natural minerals imported from Restonia Island! The situation eventually became so bad that the Democratonians threatened another all-out war with the X-rians, especially after the X-rians began to tell half-truths about the history of the conflict of Historia Island to the Restonian Islanders. The Restonian Islanders were such opportunists that they cleverly managed to play up to each side to the degree that suited them best; knowing that it would always be to their advantage to keep the conflict going while seeming to want all sides to make a lasting peace settlement! The X-rians even tried to turn the Y fanatics of Zealand against Democratonia and Athenia! Such that most of the Y fanatics of Zealand felt forced to leave Zealand and live in Democratonia, leaving a small fraction of Zealanders to actually allow Restonia to use Zealand as their foothold, in exchange for protection from either side! For this to work these few Zealand fanatics who remained in Zealand spoke more and more in favor of the "plight" of the X-rians, even lying about the actual truth of the actual History of Historia's conflict. Thus such a situation began to arise that was to the detriment of all! The X-rians began to subdivide into various clans, some of whose leaders were worse than others, and even a few who made relative peace with Democratonia! The Democratonians were living in constant fear of the suicide attacks by the X-rians in the land they held, which they were more than willing to return to X-ria if all the X-rians would agree to let Democratonia live peacefully on its original 10% of the island's land! Even though the Democratonians had set up, over time, a very strict set of rules and laws governing their military, a small but growing minority within their military began to violate those wise rules and laws, mostly out of revenge for the loss of loved ones to the X-rians, who seemed to have no qualms about using such suicide attacks! Such suicide attack methods were alien to the culture and history of the Democratonians, and to even most of the Restonians! Yet the Restonian leaders, who also had various competing clans, failed to ever point out to the X-rians how totally unacceptable such suicide attacks were, and continued to profit from the conflict! Anyway, as time went on another minority of Democratonians, joined by many Athenians, a few former Zealanders and even some Restonians and X-rians began to express concern over that minority of the Democratonian military which were even killing unarmed X-rians in the occupied part of X-ria. Things were obviously going to get even more and more dangerous as new and more destructive technologies and weapons were invented and any peaceful outcome seemed less and less likely!

That is, until twenty years and countless lives lost later, yet another large island, slightly further away, finally discovered the Island of Historia and The Island Restonia! For on that island, New India, lived a wise man who was their democratically elected leader and knowing that he could use his islands vast wealth and resources for good began to try to point out to all parties concerned just how dangerous the situation was. But the Restonians, who had profited, did not care to take the warning seriously enough, and they argued that if New India wanted to really help they should give a piece of their own island to the non X-rian Historians, especially to the Democratonians! But by now the Democratonians had suffered too much injustice and would never agree to anyone else running their affairs! Even if the New Indians were able to give a part of their island to the Democratonians, which they were not, the Democratonians had a deep historic connection to their land and that combined with their fear of having to rely on outsiders made such a proposition pointless! Thus, because of these very complicated entangled interests and constant half-truths and even outright lies, a situation arose where the Restonian majority actually began to hate the Democratonians, even as they were themselves not fanatics and would never agree to have the X-rians living next to them! Fortunately for the Democratonians and Athenians of Historia Island a growing number of X-rians were also seeking to live in true democratic and non-fanatic communities within X-ria, but these efforts were violently squashed by most X-rian clan leaders. Most but not all! Another important factor was that many of the X-rians living under Democratonian occupation were actually becoming more interested in Democratonian social ideals and the freedom offered by such, such that the majority of X-rians were no longer really interested in their welfare and yet were more than willing to help incite conflict between occupied and occupier, and to provide the means, in effect the weapons, to keep the conflict going on and on and on! And even in Democratonia there emerged a few corrupt and unethical leaders who abused their positions of authority and who understood that their own ability to profit financially from the continuation of the conflict was to insure that the conflict would continue!!!

Still, the problem was that a new and most terrifying weapon, based on parabolic mirrors and the rays of The Sun was about to make the whole mess even more dangerous for all three islands! The Democratonians managed to invent this Sun Ray weapon, but the Restonians were soon able to invent their own version, which they sold to one of the X-rian clans! The New Indians were now forced to make their own Sun Ray weapon and soon enough this super weapon was in the hands of all sides. But to make matters worse it was discovered that an X-rian group of ultra-fanatics were making efforts to get the biological weaponry developed by the Restonians and the New Indians, with which they would be able to unleash utter chaos!

Now, if you do not see the real story behind this fictional story then you are probably not as well educated, informed and enlightened as you thought you were!

Generally speaking; the faster one travels through space the slower time passes/happens! And, until recently, based on the Theory of Special Relativity and Einstein’s famous E=mc Squared equation, it would seem perfectly, i.e. equationally (mathematologically), true to state that someone traveling at the speed of light would not perceive the passing of time at all! But according to Jean-Pierre Ady Fenyo’s theory, known to a very select few Theoretical Physicists as “Fenyo’s Theory of Differential Times”, sub-atomic particles, i.e. Quantum Particles, exist in their own types of time, and the time in which Living Organisms exist and which they “experience” is Macro-Atomic or Chemical Time!!! Light’s own time is Micro-Atomic or Quantum Time!!! That is to say; Time is actually not Absolutely Relative, but only Relatively Relative, and there are between two to four possible Different Types of Time! In general time is the measurement of the activity of relatively motionless matter (slow or weak “energy”…in effect Weak Force o) as it is affected by the force of other relatively motionful matter, fast matter or strong energy (the Strong Force)! Since Photons are the Quanta radiations (or emissions) that emanate from the interaction of Matter (Weak Force) and Energy (Strong Force), which are two states of the same Atomic (i.e. Chemical) Realm of Physics, they are not existing within the Atomic or Chemical Time, i.e. Macro-Atomic Time, but in Micro-Atomic Time, i.e. The Quantum Realm of Physics (the study of which is known as Quantum Physics). Light cannot travel exactly at the Absolute Speed of Theoretical Light! The Constant or Speed at which Light does travel will always be less than 100% of it Purely Hypothetical Speed, as no such thing as an Absolute Vacuum can exist anywhere in Reality! Space-Time is subject to the Weakest Force: Gravity, which is also the Fastest Force! Faster than Light! But Gravitation Time, or Intra-Universal Time is also not the type of Time we Bio-Chemical Beings can ever experience! (There exists, in a loose sense of the word “exists”, a Fake “Fifth Time”: Imaginary Time…but that is an Unreal Time and not subjectable to True Scientific Inquiry!)

Absolutely Important Eternal Truths/Axioms to keep in mind:

1. There can be no such thing as NOTHING! Theoretically and logically nothing would be what an Absolute Vacuum would be, if it could be! Which is a good thing, as that would have opened the possibility of a Universe devoid of an Absolute Insurance Against Non-Existentiality!

2. Also; nothing can be Absolutely At Rest or Devoid of Time! NOTHING! Light itself “experiences” (using the word “experiences” metaphorically only) its own passing of events or Light Time, i.e. Micro-Atomic Time, or Quantum Time!

3. Spin (motion of electrons around atomic nuclei) is always happening, even when Chemical Conditions (Macro-Atomic States) are such that almost all Energy is almost totally released! Nothing can ever become totally Absolutely At Rest (so as to be able to become NOTHING…the NOTHING from which Absolute Vacuum would come into EXISTENCE!!!)

4. As Light (Photon Quanta and Waves of Chain-Photon Reaction) travels/moves through the Relative Vacuum of Outer Space (in this case Inter-Stellar and Inter-Galactic Space) it is slowed down over vast periods (Eons) of time, and thus becomes Weak Light! In fact, the Theory of The Big Bang is based on the wrong observations of what is really happening throughout the Cosmos of The Visible Universe! Most of what is observed is less about Red Shift, if about any Red Shift at all, and more about Weak(ened) Light!

5. There are no Absolutely Perfect Spheres of ANYTHING! No Quantum Particle, no Atom, not Planet or Star is ever able to be a Perfect Sphere! Of course, in terms of the kind of balls (spheres) we are able to produce on Earth, under the influence of gravity, the balls (spheres) that are produced in the Near Zero Gravity are far more perfect, but never totally perfectable! This is very important, because this also has to do with another fundamental aspect of Light In Motion! Since Photons are only near-perfect, thus imperfect, spheres they are “shifted” out of any “straight” line of movement over any extent of Space-Time! That is to say, the Light we observe from distant celestial objects (“natural” Super-Atomic Physical Structures, i.e. Stars, Galaxies, etc.) can never convey perfectly reliable images! In effect, the “information” we have about ever-distant objects is less and less accurate! Time is only RELATIVE! Time never truly, totally equals Distance divided by Rate (or Ratio). The equation t=d/r is subject to both The Type of Time we are concerned with (as in Macro-Atomic Time, Micro-Atomic Time, Hyper-Dimensional Spiritual Time, etc.) and the Relatively Factor of The Imperfection of Time-Flow! Time does not “flow” totally coherently or “smoothly”! Time is always DISTORTED! Light is always DISTORTED!

No Macro-Atomic Entity, such as an Atom (Element), Compound, Molecule, Organic Compound, Single Cell Life-form, Multi-cellular Organism (includes us Humans), Space Craft, can travel sufficiently close to the Relative Speed of Light in Relative Vacuum of Space without the effects of something that is similar to what we call ‘Friction’! Macro-Atomic objects traveling close to the Relative Speed of Light in Relative Vacuum are increasingly ‘warped’ out of shape and Gravitationally and Electromagnetically ‘over-excited’…pretty much blown to smithereens by the cumulative Strong and Weak Forces as what happens to food subjected to Microwaves! Microwaves are Electromagnetic waves that cause excessive vibrations within the molecules of relatively moist, i.e. watery, things (i.e. Food substances and organic compounds)!

7. The Spectra Electromagnetic Waves includes the 2 obvious Types of Time! Micro-Atomic or Subatomic and Macro-Atomic or Super-Atomic! The Observable Universe is only possible directly through Light Waves! The reason Light Waves are somewhere in the middle of the Spectra is because of The Radiation Eye Factor! Our eyes are made of living cells able to transmit Visible Light into our Brains! When one understands that even what we “see” (observe) concerning the other Electromagnetic Waves (Frequency & Wavelength) is ultimately ‘seen’ (observed) through Scientific Instruments that ‘convert’ those much Higher and Lower Electromagnetic Waves into Visible “information” Light Waves! All our physical memories (mental images, sounds, and other sensual information) are composed of ‘matrixes’ (‘multi-dimensional grids’) of Manipulated Light Waves!!! Our Spiritual Souls are able to store and retrieve such Light Wave “Compositions”!!! Micro-Atomic Time is not directly experienced through the Mental Mind as organized by The Brain-Body Organism, but while one is in the Living State one can again use Conversion Tools (Scientific Instruments) to perform imperfect observations of the “behavior” of Quanta!!! However, and this is Jean-Pierre Ady Fenyo’s own Absolute Rule of Imperfectable Observation also known as The Law of Observationability (term coined by Jean-Pierre Ady Fenyo): No observation of anything through the Living Bio-Chemical Senses and Bio-Chemical Brain’s Mental Faculties can ever be perfectly correct observations of any phenomena, as the very imperfection of one’s Senses and Brain must be taken into account even to approximate a potentially more perfect observational understanding! { All Non-Physical memories are Emotional Memories, and require an Eternal Spiritual ‘Existence’ to be perceived and given meaning! } Our very own sense of Time is relatively subjective to our Emotional State of Mind and Spiritual Intuitional Awareness of Time’s passing! In the final analysis; No matter how close we get to perfectly understanding Reality, Physical and Spiritual, through our Living Brain’s Mental Faculties, our conclusions will always be, at best, shy of the Actual Truth of Things! Thus, the best we can do is allow our Intuitive Spiritual Sense to help determine that which is likely (almost certain), that which is unlikely (probably false) and that which is obviously impossible!

8. The starting point of all, true intellectual Reasoning must be with the logical understanding that the Totality of All That Exists and Can Exist is, and has to be, INFINITE! For once we are able to be certain of that Ultimate Absolute Logical Truth ….the only one of Three Ultimate Absolute Truths… of which the other two being: The Ultimate Absolute Physical Truth That NOTHING does not exist and that therefore nothing that TRULY AND FULLY EXISTS NOW can ever truly totally become TOTAL NOTHINGNESS! ; and The Ultimate Absolute Spiritual Truth that there must be an Eternal, Indestructible NON-THING that, while having the ability to interact with The Physical Realm, remains ultimately Existentially Real and Spiritually Perfect! In effect, what we sense to be Our Soul(s)!...then we are able to determine whether or not an Theory or Hypothesis based on any Observation is likely to be Correct (True) or Incorrect (False)! Here are some practical examples: 1. Travel back in time by semi-Physical Bio-Chemical Entities is IMPOSSIBLE, given that Near- and Super-Luminal Speeds for such Entities are impossible! 2. No Super-Spiritual Being, however Spiritually Powerful, could create All Of Infinity! Thus G-D is only Spiritually Almighty; whatever that means! 3. Life cannot just exist in one point in all Infinity, because that would be suggesting that the Infinite Universe is Senselessly Lonely and Life-Wise Meaningless! Thus Life exists throughout all Infinity in those places suitable for it! 4. Life allows the Soul of The Eternal Spiritual Realm to eventually manipulate The Physical Realm to the point of being able to Re-Start The Cycle of Reality in a given, limited ‘portion’ of Infinity!!! Which means that the sense of G-D being Physically Omnipotent may have some element of truth to it as a Spiritually Eternal One, albeit, a Physically Limited One!
